Mobile Tickets and Passes with Token Transit

You are able to purchase and use bus tickets or passes on your smartphones or other mobile devices quickly and conveniently by downloading the Token Transit App in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).  This app eliminates the need to wait in line for passes or have exact change for the bus, so you can get to the places you can go faster on "The S"  - Stanislaus Regional Transit Authority (StanRTA).

How it Works

  1. Download - Install “Token Transit” from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Enable Bluetooth and Location Services.
  2. Purchase- 
    1. Select a Stanislaus Regional Transit Authority (StanRTA) fare type, from a single ride to a 31 Day Pass. 
    2. Pay with your credit or debit card
    3. All purchased mobile tickets or passes are stored in your Token Transit account
  3. Activate - When you are ready to ride, tap your ticket or pass to activate. All tickets and passes are stored in your Token Transit account.
  4. Ride - As you board the bus, show your phone to the driver. Ride the bus anytime with ease and convenience.
